Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales specialist with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to support our commercial strategy and contribute to business growth in the clinical data analysis sector. As a Business developer, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, presenting our solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic commercial plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, product development, clinical partnerships, finance, and marketing, aligning pre-sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Opportunity Pursuit: Identify and support pursuit of new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of our customer base and development of long-term partnerships.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Assist in establishing and monitoring sales KPIs, providing insights and reports to the Head of Sales on performance, forecasts, and trends.



  • Showcased a proven track record of 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience in sales or related positions across one or more companies specializing in clinical research.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical studies and marketing within the healthcare industries.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt effectively to change.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
